Deryn Rees-Jones (*1968 in Liverpool) is a poet and critic. She collaborates frequently with artists, most recently with Charlotte Hodes on ‘The Errant Muse’ (2019).  Her recent books include ‘Paula Rego: The Art of Story’; and ‘Erato’ (Seren, 2019). A new book of poems, ‘Hotel Amour’ is forthcoming from Seren in 2025. She is Professor of Poetry at the University of Liverpool and the editor of the award-winning poetry list, Pavilion Poetry.
