As a former senior public prosecutor in Cologne, she led the investigation into the Cum-Ex scandal–one of the biggest tax fraud cases in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany–for many years. Brorhilker stands for independence, integrity and social responsibility. With her persistent commitment to justice in the financial system, she sends a clear signal against abuse of power and loopholes in the law, thereby making an important contribution to social peace.«
